Our Story
Derek & Robyn Maneval had a dream about 7 years ago of starting a coffee business in the Carthage area. In January of 2019, they were presented with that opportunity. They began doing research on the coffee industry and started traveling to get ideas and inspiration for what would soon materialize into Maple Leaf Coffeehouse. Both of their daughters and son In-law will be involved in this new business venture. They will be selling coffee that is roasted by Copper Canyon Coffee Roasters out of Battlefield, MO. Maple Leaf Coffeehouse owned by the Maneval family, will be operating out of the building on 800 W Central Ave, which is owned by Global Transformation International, a missions organization which reaches the community and nations. They want to provide customers with a coffee shop that is inviting through its great tasting specialty coffee drinks and warm environment. When love is the goal, then a good taste and warm atmosphere is inevitable.
